One-to-one holiday coaching for overwhelmed people who want to enjoy what matters without running themselves into the ground even when energy is low and everything else seems more important.

You choose what matters. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals and find practical ways to make nourishment, rest, daily rituals, and boundaries more manageable with options for the days when your energy is low. No rigid food rules, weight-loss agenda, or pressure to do the holidays perfectly.

A 15–20 minute conversation to ask questions and see whether the support and schedule fit. No payment or intake form is needed for this conversation, and there’s no obligation to enroll.

You want to enjoy the season and not just get through it!

Maybe meals get harder when your routine changes. Maybe you say yes before checking what you have energy for. Or maybe you love parts of the holidays and still need more quiet, fewer expectations, and room to recover.

The goal is to be able to experience the traditions that are meaningful with the people we love and not have a nagging feeling we’re doing it all wrong while pouring from an empty cup, again

You don’t need a complete overhaul. We can start with one part of the season you’d like to feel different.

What that support can look like

Depending on what matters to you, we might work together to:

These are possibilities, not a checklist. You choose the focus, and we adjust based on what actually helps. Your body is not a holiday project, and you don’t have to earn support by doing everything we discuss.

About Cari

Hi, I’m Cari Larson, founder of NeuroSmithing. I hold AFPA certifications as a Holistic Health Coach, Holistic Nutrition Coach, and Health & Wellness Coach, and I study psychology at the University of South Florida with an expected BA in May 2027. AFPA’s Holistic Health Coach program brings together health and lifestyle coaching with nutrition, behavior-change approaches, accountability, evidence-based nutrition science and research literacy, client-centered goal setting, and ethics and scope of practice. I see the whole person and lived experience when it comes to finding anchors and making the next small step.

For more than a decade, I’ve mentored adults in professional settings, helping them set goals, work through obstacles, learn new skills, and find practical next steps. That experience set a strong foundation for coaching. I keep learning through coursework and reading on wellness, behavior change, and the topics I support. I don’t know everything; when I don’t, I’ll say so, look for a reliable resource, or suggest appropriate professional support.

My lived experience is part of why this work matters to me. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 45, but always knew something was different about the way I solved problems, processed information, and struggled with things other people didn’t seem to. I spent years trying standard productivity hacks and advice that didn’t fit, then building my own tools, systems, rituals, and concepts. I know what it’s like for capacity to fluctuate wildly and still want to accomplish your goals. I’ve worked on focusing on what matters without treating my body’s needs, or other people’s expectations, as reasons for guilt. I also continue to do my own therapy and personal work around boundaries, people-pleasing, self-worth, outside validation, and understanding what motivates me. That informs my empathy and knowledge; it doesn’t make my experience a template for yours, just that I am a work in progress right alongside you.

My experience with parenting and mentoring has taught me to stay curious about the different ways people take in information and to adapt rather than assume one approach works for everyone. I bring that same spirit to our sessions: warm, direct, gentle, and genuinely interested in learning alongside you. I won’t hand you a productivity book or a familiar method as a universal rule. We can notice what has worked for you before, explore what matters now, and build your future together.

You don’t have to have it all figured out

If you’d like support making the holidays more enjoyable or just manageable, we can start with a conversation. Bring your questions or just the part that feels hard right now.

Start with a conversation

  1. Meet for a complimentary 15–20 minute Coaching Fit Check. Tell me what you’re looking for, ask questions, and talk through timing or access needs. You don’t need a polished goal; we’ll figure that out together.
  2. If it feels like a fit, choose whether to enroll after the call, no pressure. I’ll send you a follow-up email with notes from our call and information about next steps. You can then select your payment option and review the relevant documents.
  3. Yay! You are choosing yourself. After enrollment, you’ll select your initial call time, complete the intake, and we are ready for your first coaching session.
